Application Area - Workflow
The Customer Relationship Mangement Suite on the base of IBM Lotus notes provides spot-on applications for customer service. Customer focus is thus embedded in relevant management processes.
The application is based on VARCHART XTree and visualizes and animates the enterprise processes defined in the workflow module.
The Extended Management System (XMS) application is a software developed by the research center "Integrated Business Systems" (IGS) that realises a distributed management of staff and resources within an organisation. It is based on VARCHART XNet. Increasingly high qualified staff members require concepts and patterns within the organization to ensure safe findings and action for complex procedures.
XMS defines organisational rules that generically derive from the knowledge of the staff members and from existing electronic and written data. Whith staff members understanding their own and overall tasks, an effect evolves that motivates and otpmizes resources.
