Support Tools for Download

Our support staff members occasionally need to view the screens of our clients. For those cases, the conferencing solutions netviewer one2meet or TeamViewer allow to view each other's screen. You can download or open them by clicking on the icons.

         

Maintenance and Support Agreement

Complete the acquisition of your license of our charting software by a maintenance and support agreement. It provides the below services after the trial period:

  • Qualified technical support by phone and e-mail
  • For VARCHART components: Upgrades to new versions including development and runtime licenses
  • For GRANEDA Dynamic: Free upgrades to new builds (does not include new releases)
  • Bug fixing of possible faults in the software

Training on our Gantt, Net and Tree Charting Software

Get started quickly visualizing your data when using our charting software by attending a kick-off training which is taylored to your specific requirements. Usually, it takes two days and could take place at your enterprise or at ours in Aachen, Germany. If you provide application data and some specific demands, we will develop a prototype of your application. Please let us make you an offer: sales@netronic.com.

Development of Gantt, Net and Tree Chart Applications
