Maintenance and Support Agreement

Complete the acquisition of your license by a maintenance and support agreement. It provides the below services after the trial period:

  • Qualified technical support by phone and e-mail
  • Upgrades to new versions including development and runtime licenses
  • Bug fixing of possible faults in the software.

Training

Get started quickly visualizing your data by VARCHART XNet by attending a kick-off training which is taylored to your specific requirements. Usually, it takes two days and could take place at your enterprise or at ours in Aachen. If you provide application data and some specific demands, we will develop a prototype of your application. Development of Applications

Benefit from our experience of developing network applications. We can offer the below services:
