Multi-state Table Fields
In the table of a Gantt Diagram you can now select a picture to be displayed in dependence of the content of a data field. Clicking on the icon will display the succeeding element of a list and will change the data value on which the graphics file is based.
Sample Application Presented by Master Page
After installing the new version of GRANEDA Dynamic, a master page will present a selection of different chart samples for testing and for inspiration.
Pet and Brother Nodes
Nodes in tree charts can have pet and brother nodes, that do not form a part of the tree hierarchy.
Marking Lines in a Gantt Chart
In the table and in the Gantt section rows can now be marked continuously throughout the line by a transparent or non-transparent color.
Gradients and Transparent Colors
Transparent and gradient colors and GDI+ patterns can now be used as design elements in diagrams.
New Mode in Network Charts: Clustering
Clustering of nodes is useful to visualize relationships between nodes of different groups. The groups freely spreading across the chart are enclosed by clusters in the most space-saving way possible. The clusters can be collapsed and expanded.

Groups can be collapsed and expanded. When collapsed, activities are reduced to small black squares that keep their logical links.

PDF Support
Diagrams can directly be put out as a PDF file by the file menu.
Fold Marks According to the DIN Standard
Fold marks according to the DIN 824 standard can be printed onto a sheet to allow for folding and filing a chart according to DIN sizes.
Additional Peripheral Chart Zone
Apart from the header and footer of a chart an additional peripheral zone right of the diagram is available now. Text boxes, graphics files and the legend can be displayed there.
Line Breaks Can be Set
In annotations of nodes and boxes, line breaks can now be set in any place.
Time Scale Can be Adapted to Paper Sheet
In Gantt charts, the time scale can be elongated when printing, in order to make use of the complete space available on the printing sheet.
Fiscal Ribbons Available to Gantt Chart Now
Two new ribbon types are available to the time scale now: a fiscal year and a fiscal quarter type, to which individual start dates can be set.
Direct Links in Network Charts Available Now
Activities can also be linked by direct links that lack bends and thus may run diagonally, in order to highlight relationships.
Data Exchange to Microsoft Project 2007
From version 2007 onward, Microsoft Project does not allow any more to keep data in the mdb format. Therefore, on the part of GRANEDA Dynamic, exchanging data with Microsoft Project 2007 is supported by an integrated XML interface.
