Maintenance and Support Service
Complete the acquisition of your license by a maintenance and support agreement. After the trial period, it will provide the below services:
- Qualified technical support by phone and e-mail
- Upgrades to new versions including development and runtime licenses
- Bug fixing of possible faults in the software.

Training
Get started quickly visualizing your data by GRANEDA Dyamic by attending a kick-off training which is taylored to your specific requirements. Usually, it takes two days and could take place at your enterprise or at ours in Aachen. If you provide application data and some specific demands, we will develop a prototype of your application. Have yourself an offer made by sales@netronic.de.

Sharing the View
Some problems can be solved faster if our staff member can watch directly what happens on your screen. The tool netviewer enables two participants to share the view on the same screen. The secure and certified software makes the shared view available for the duration of defined sessions that are protected by passwords.
